Service Conditions
Deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in each proposal or contract. The client must provide accurate information and timely feedback.
Liability & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Dockia retains ownership of pre-existing tools and frameworks. Client-specific deliverables are assigned according to the signed agreement. Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the affected service.
